Q: Do I need an account or do I already have one?
A. If you’ve gotten tickets before, your email address should already be in the system. Susquehanna University users should use their SU email address and “reset” their password.
Q: I never ordered tickets online from you before, so how can I have a password to reset?
A. Good question! You don’t! “Resetting” your password is how you create one.
Q. I tried to create an account but it says my email address is already in use.
A. If this happens, it’s because you’re already in the system and don’t need to create a new account. You simply need to reset your password for that email address.
Q. I’m SU Faculty/Staff/Student but can’t access my complimentary ticket(s).
A. Call the Box Office Mon-Fri, 12 p.m.–5 p.m. They can verify your User Type in the ticketing system and update it, so your tickets become available.
Q. I’m SU Faculty/Staff/Student and my colleague/friend is letting me claim their complimentary ticket(s). How do I do it?
A. You can do this in one of two ways:
Visit the Degenstein Box Office with the other person’s ID and claim the ticket in-person.
Have the other person claim their ticket(s) online and forward the e-ticket(s) to you.
The Box Office will not let anyone claim another SU patron’s complimentary tickets without presenting that person’s ID. No exceptions.
Q. What form of payment can I use to purchase online tickets?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover only. Patrons are welcome to visit the Box Office to pay with cash or check.
Q. Can I get a refund online for my tickets if I can’t use them?
A. No, all sales are final. If you would like to exchange your ticket(s), please visit or contact the Box Office
Q. How do I get Artist Series season tickets?

A. AudienceView (formerly UniversityTickets) is our ticketing platform vendor
Q. My organization wants to purchase a group of tickets. How do I do this?
A. For group sales, please contact the Box Office
